Ranch Records opened in May of 1982. It is the oldest record store under the same ownership in the state of Oregon. We specialize in rare records (LPs and 45s), and imports from Japan, the UK and around the world. Special orders are always welcome. We stock many small labels that you will not find in the chain stores. We also carry a selection of recordings by local artists from Salem and around the Willamette Valley.
When you shop at Ranch Records you are supporting a business that is locally owned and operated. Unlike the big chains, we pay our employees a fair wage. They are music fans, record collectors and members of local bands. In other words, we know and love music here. It is our life!
